Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

This was my first time seeing Dr Tsai, and I'm glad to have seen her. I was apprehensive about seeing a new provider, but I was very pleased by her professionalism and attentiveness.

I appreciate that she continues to seek/discuss options/alternatives to treat my condition. I also appreciate her/NJH staff for being advocates for me at it relates to insurance and RX approval/appeals... it's made all the difference in my care and ability to live as normal of a life as possible. Even though it lengthens the appointment time, I value that she is teaching residents/I have the chance to share my rare disorder directly, and more people/physicians are becoming aware/educated on the disorder. I would like to see more communication/cooperation between my physician outside of NJH.

Dr. Tsai always has a new path to offer if the last one hasn't worked. She has never given up on me.

I really didn't have any concerns - it was just a routine [PHI]. Dr. Tsai was very friendly and courteous but beyond that I don't have much of an opinion since I didn't have any concerns.

She gave me two options saying we could try the first one and if that doesn't work the 2nd one will be possible.
