Special Interests

Within pulmonary medicine, I practice general pulmonary with prior focus in specialty clinics including interstitial lung disease, cystic fibrosis and bronchiectasis, asthma/obstructive lung disease, and pre-/post-transplant clinics. From a critical care perspective, I have had the pleasure of working with a heterogenous population of patients in multiple specialized units including the bone marrow transplant, cardiac, cardiothoracic, medical, neurological, and surgical intensive care units.

My research interests include critical care outcomes related to sepsis screening and mechanical ventilation. In the future, I hope to optimize healthcare delivery in the critical care setting by advancing quality and cost-efficiency of patient care using an evidence-based approach.
