Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

[PHI] I can't remember seeing multiple surgeons/anesthesiologists working so respectfully together with patient needs the priority. He was there in the OR as I went to sleep which was so impressive to me! As a retired medical professional I felt it was not only remarkable but so comforting. I wish there was a case that featured physician STARS. HE IS!

Again, the care giver and the technical staff who performed my evaluations were superb. So good in fact I was somewhat amazed and conveyed that perspective.
