Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

Dr. Maleki and the team at National Jewish have changed my life. I'm a younger patient and spent years seeing multiple doctors trying to get answers without any success. I had a giant list of symptoms negatively impacting my life and Dr. Maleki addressed every single one from the very first visit. She was knowledgeable to order the tests that would give us answers and finally get my symptoms treated or putting me in the care of other NJH Doctors who could address other issues caused by my disease. This last visit was no different. Dr. Maleki takes the time to genuinely care and listen. She checks any areas of concern and gives me options for treatment that she believes is most effective for me. She is kind and compassionate and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. My disease has become manageable and was caught before more damage was done. I am so grateful for Dr. Maleki and the team at NJH, they have given me the ultimate gift - my health.

is very good in friendly

Dr Maleki didn't ask about my symptoms, told me I was healthy without asking about my health or experience. [PHI] She spoke over me and down to me as if I haven't been a rheumatological patient for over 5 years, and when I brought it up she asked me the same questions she asked me at my last 2 appointments. She told me directly she didn't read my notes before the appointment and made no effort to during said appointment. This was an utterly confusing and distressing appointment that made me feel like I wanted to die at the end. It literally took away all of my hope to do with my healthcare.

I love Dr. Maleli, [Comment about another provider]. I decided to try Dr. Maleki and NJH and I was amazed at how the whole staff at NJH and Dr. Maleki showed support for my concerns and my health. Dr. Maleki listened to me and examined my body and actually cared about what was going on and listened to me when I explained that I reacted differently to meds and that you had to have an open mind about my care. Dr. Maleki is amazing in that she listened and is willing to try to help me through difficult medical issues and to work with me about my care and needs. I will and do recommend this doctor and hospital to everyone I know that has medical issues that they need someone to listen too them also.

Dr. Maleki is my favorite doctor because she listens, considers my own preferences, but also very clearly explains to me why her recommendations make good sense for me. i trust her absolutely!

I feel really "listened to". I am not only a recipient of care, but a participant in the treatment!
