Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

Dr. Maleki is my [diagnosis] angel! She diagnosed and treated me when no one else could figure out what was wrong with me. I am forever grateful for her genuine care and concern for me.

Have already recommended her to 2 friends with [the same condition].

I wish ALL doctors would show the carn and concern that Dr. Maleki does. She listens to my questions and answers them. She also explains very well what she wants to do and why. You get better patient compliance when doctors do that, I think.

Both Dr. Maleki (and her PA) are excellent at what they do and I would highly recommend them to others.

she was very compassionate and caring. it was an add on consult so the time needed to get the appt is not really important I'm just glad I was able to get in. she has a great bedside manner and I am comfortable with her advice.

Before this appt. always thought provider outstanding. Today things were very confused - maybe I was just so sick I could not follow what she was doing.
