Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

Dr. Amos seems like a rock star that excels in her field. She exudes confidence but isn't cocky. She explains things well. We covered alot of ground but she wrote things down for me which was very helpful later to refer to that information. She let me know I had choices about my care, she seems respectful of those choices and Is willing to partner with me In my care. Dr. Amos seems smart as a whip and I feel like I can trust her judgment. Dr. Amos spoke with my primary care Dr.and I like that we're all on the same page. Most important I LIKE Dr. Amos as a person, she is my elderly mom's cardiologist which is why I wanted her to be my cardiologist for my recent heart problems.
