Rene’e J. Klamut is a registered nurse who performs GI motility testing to help physicians diagnose conditions including reflux, constipation and fecal incontinence. She is an expert in anorectal physiology testing.
Special Interests
For patients who experience reflux, swallowing issues, bloating, gas, abdominal pain, constipation and fecal incontinence, I perform testing to help gastroenterology physicians diagnose their conditions, and I work with dietitians and physical therapists, as needed, on treatment recommendations.
My expertise is in specialized gastroenterology procedures including: anorectal manometry, pudendal nerve studies, esophageal manometry with impedance, 24-hour pH with impedance and hydrogen breath testing (SIBO, fructose/lactose/sucrose intolerance).
