Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Dr. Solomon listens to our concerns and schedules additional tests or doctor visits to take care of our problems. He answers our questions in a way we can understand and does a great job keeping our daughter from freaking out when things happen that disturb her.

I'm sure Dr. Solomon is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. I just felt like he was in a hurry to leave and get onto the next patient. He didn't go through my test results with me which I would have appreciated. I need to know how I'm doing, better, worse, etc.
