Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Totally Great

Dr. Pacheco was very professional, easy to talk to, and took extra time to be sure I understood the testing process and the results. I would recommend Dr. Pacheco to anyone in need of metal testing.

Dr. P skills are extraordinary. After listening to me for an hour or so she told me what I thought all along that I didn't have asthma but something else. My doctor in St. Louis wouldn't listen to my complaints. The inhaler he prescribed actually gave me severe side effects. I am so grateful I came to NJH.
