PrecISE Severe Asthma Interventions Request More Information Trial Objective The purpose of this study is to understand how to treat different types of severe asthma using precision medicine. Precision medicine is an approach that targets treatments to defined subgroups of patients who share similar characteristics. For example, patients who have a certain genetic variation or patients with high number of blood eosinophils. Study participants will receive several treatments based on their type of severe asthma for research purposes. Enrollment Active Clinical Trials Currently Recruiting Who Can Participate Individuals 12 years of age and older whose asthma symptoms are not well-controlled on high dose of inhaled corticosteroids, including those who have frequent asthma attacks. Age: 12+ Gender: Any Gender Estimated Time Commitment 3 phases, approximately 9 visits per phase for up to 2 years × Payments are intended to compensate the participant for their time and effort during the study. Payments are typically given to the participant at the end of each completed study visit. Reimbursements are intended to compensate the participant for travel-related expenses. They must be approved by the study staff and require you to turn in receipts. Travel reimbursement will vary from study to study.
