Effects of Pregnancy for Cystic Fibrosis Patients Request More Information Trial Objective A national research study called MAYFLOWERS wants to understand the changes of lung function in pregnant women with cystic fibrosis (CF) during pregnancy and 2 years after delivery. It also looks at the health of their babies. Additionally, if women are taking any Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) modulator, including TRIKAFTA®, the study will look at the effect of modulator on the health of mother and baby. Enrollment Active Clinical Trials Currently Recruiting Who Can Participate Pregnant women with cystic fibrosis. Age: 16+ Gender: Any Gender Estimated Time Commitment 7 to 9 clinic visits Up to three visits during pregnancy and up to six visits over the two years after delivery. × Payments are intended to compensate the participant for their time and effort during the study. Payments are typically given to the participant at the end of each completed study visit. Reimbursements are intended to compensate the participant for travel-related expenses. They must be approved by the study staff and require you to turn in receipts. Travel reimbursement will vary from study to study.
