Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

*Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable understanding doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He even personally called me which I appreciated very much!

There were more interruptions than I would like when I was speaking. More detail on different treatment options would have been good, there were several and I feel like I don't know much about them. However, I felt very reassured that my problem was not hopeless, for probably the first time in my life. I got a much better explanation about the results of a prior sleep study than I did from the doctor who ordered that study, which I was very grateful for. I was not rushed through the appointment, and I felt like he was going to take immediate action to get the ball rolling on treatment for me. That was a huge relief.

Dr Lee is so concerned about my understanding of all changes. He carefully explains all changes and assessed my own understanding.

Dr Lee was extremely concerned with my well being, knowledgeable, communicative, and I really enjoyed talking with him about my situation.

This was one of the best experiences I've had when talking with a doctor. He was thorough and spent the time to explain my condition.
