Living with a lung disease can make breathing more difficult and affect daily life, but there are many resources available to help you better understand your condition and manage your symptoms.

Throughout your journey, your needs may change. Early on, understanding your diagnosis and treatment options are important steps. Over time, managing symptoms and/or triggers, preventing flare-ups, and maintaining lung function become key goals. Treatments such as medications, pulmonary rehabilitation and lifestyle adjustments can support better breathing. It can feel limiting at times, but we have curated content to help you stay active and maintain your quality of life.
