Dr. Mark Lott Joins the National Jewish Health Behavioral Health Team



DENVER - Mark Lott, PhD, has joined National Jewish Health as a pediatric neuropsychologist in the Department of Pediatrics. He specializes in evaluating children, adolescents and young adults with medical conditions and other risk factors that impact brain functioning, including prematurity, toxic exposure, seizure disorders, brain tumor and cancer treatments, genetic abnormalities, organ failure & transplant, concussion and other acquired brain injuries. His clinical work focuses on assessing how children think, learn, behave, feel and interact with others. Dr. Lott sees patients at the National Jewish Health main campus in Denver.

Dr. Lott completed his fellowship in clinical psychology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Ohio. His research has focused on the relationship between physical activity, cognitive development, emotional regulation, as well as sleep and weight management in adolescents. He has presented this work at numerous national conferences.

He earned his PhD in clinical neuropsychology from Brigham Young University and completed his pre-doctoral internship at Baylor College of Medicine – Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.
