Need an itemized bill?

To request an itemized bill, please call and leave a message at 303.270.2375 or 1.800.423.8891 x2375. Please include in your message the patient's name and account number(s) and we will print and mail your itemized bill within one business day. You may also send an email requesting an itemized bill to: patientbusinessoffice@njhealth.org.

Questions about the self-pay portion of the balance due?

If you have recevied a “Bill for Services” and need to discuss the self-pay portion of the balance due, you can call and speak with one of our resourceful billing representatives at 303.398.1565, or toll-free at 1.800.423.8891 x1565, weekedays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST. You may also leave a message at the same number and your call will be returned within one business day. You may be eligible to make payment arrangements, apply for Colorado Care Indigent Care Program (CICP), Colorado Medicaid, CHP+ or the National Jewish Health Financial Assistance Program.
