The Bioinformatics and Statistical Genomics group provides expertise in study design and analysis for genetic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and proteomic studies. Our faculty and staff can provide guidance on study design of experiments ranging in size from small basic science studies to large population-based studies.
We have expertise in both well-established and new pre-processing and statistical analysis approaches for all the technologies provided by our Genomics Facility in addition to other vendors.
