Living with interstitial lung disease can be challenging, but there are many resources available to help you understand and live well with this complex lung disease.
Throughout your journey you will have different needs. When you are newly diagnosed, it’s important to learn as much as you can about the type of ILD you have, partner with a knowledgeable and accessible care team and understand the resources that are available to you.
As your disease progresses your oxygen needs will too. When you go on vacation there are specific things you need to plan for. You dietary needs and exercise routine may need to change. It can be overwhelming at first, but we have curated content to help both you and your caregiver navigate this progressive disease.
