Light Spinach Dip Make an Appointment Ask a Question Search Conditions Share this spinach dip with families and friends – they won’t even know it has reduced fat and fewer calories.Ingredients1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained1 container (16 ounces) fat-free or light sour cream1 cup fat-free light mayonnaise1 package (1.4 ounces) dry vegetable soup and recipe mix1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped3 green onions, cleaned and chopped DirectionsThaw spinach overnight in refrigerator, or thaw in the microwave. Squeeze out excess moisture.In medium bowl, stir spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions until well mixed.Cover and chill at least two hours to blend flavors.Stir before serving.Serve with raw vegetables.
