  • 12 ounces ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon, rounded chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, low-fat, sauce
  • 4 each whole wheat tortilla, 10"


  1. Brown ground turkey, add all spices
  2. Heat cheese sauce
  3. Cut tortillas into triangles and deep-fry
  4. Pour cheese sauce and cooked ground turkey over cut-up tortillas
