Tuition Reimbursement

National Jewish Health is excited to offer a Tuition Reimbursement Program that includes:

  • Reimbursement up to the Non-Taxable IRS maximum of $5,250 per calendar year for full-time employees.
  • Educational Assistance for courses of study with an accredited college and university for Associate’s, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, and accredited vocational, technical and trade schools.

Employees are eligible to apply for Tuition Reimbursement if they have completed one year of service, are benefits-eligible with an FTE of 0.75–1.0 (30–40 hours per week) and are in good standing.

Employees are not eligible if they have a terminal degree (PhD, MD, JD, or MBA) or earn more than $200,000 annually.

Reimbursement is available only for approved, job-related coursework, requires a passing grade ("C" or better), and is subject to program funding and all requirements outlined in the Tuition Reimbursement Policy.
