This study measures the amount of esophageal reflux you have. Gastroesophageal reflux is the backward flow or reflux of food and acid from the stomach into the esophagus. The esophagus is the tube that takes food from your mouth into your stomach. A BRAVO pH monitoring study will help identify if you have increased amounts of reflux and if it is causing your symptoms.
