Most National Jewish Health providers now offer telehealth appointments via Zoom. Telehealth appointments are currently only for existing Colorado patients who do not require diagnostic testing and are unable to attend in person. New patients are best served with an in-person visit and we are unable to extend this outside Colorado due to licensing.

During a telehealth appointment, patients will connect to their providers with a webcam or smart phone using the Zoom online conferencing platform.

During a telehealth appointment, patients will connect to their providers with a webcam or smart phone using the Zoom online conferencing platform. Use the step-by-step instructions below to get Zoom.

  • National Jewish Health utilizes Zoom’s secure and encrypted options to ensure the privacy of our patients.
  • When you schedule a telehealth appointment, you will receive a unique identifier that only you and your provider know.
  • Your provider, before starting telehealth visit, will ensure you are the only other person in the Zoom telehealth visit.
