How to Sign Up for MyChart
There are two main ways to sign up for a National Jewish Health MyChart account.
Download the App
Go to your app store.
In the store, search for MyChart.
Accept the user agreement.
Search Colorado and select the National Jewish Health logo.
Click on Sign up at the bottom right of the screen.
Visit the Patient Portal login page and click on the Sign Up button.
Enter your information as indicated on the MyChart sign up page.
