Sterile Sorting

Sony ICyte Synergy using WinList software:

This instrument includes four lasers with 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 635nm output wavelengths, with competence for analysis of twelve parameters.

  • Sample tube options: 12x75 ml tubes
  • Collection tube options: 12x75ml tubes, 14ml round bottom tubes, 15 ml conical tube, eppendorf tubes.

Arial Fusion machine

Aria Fusion:

This instrument includes four lasers with 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm output wavelengths, with competence for analysis up to 12 parameters. Collection tube option 12X75 ml tubes,15ml conical tubes, or 24, 96, 384, 1536 well plates, slides. One – four way sorting at room temp. or 4 degree F. in a Baker biosafety hood to be BSL-2 compliant.
