The services are for people with a chronic lung disease, including emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, bronchiectasis and interstitial lung disease (ILD). The pulmonary rehab team includes pulmonary and cardiology doctors, specially trained nurse practitioners and registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, psychosocial clinicians and dietitians.
