Salaries, Vacations, Leave
Salaries are set at the fiftieth percentile of the Western Region according to ACGME guidelines with stipends as set by the Dean of the University of Colorado Denver. Stipends are increased each year according to the consumer price point index. Currently, house staff are given 21 calendar days of vacation annually. Additional days are given for academic leave. Other benefits are provided directly by the University of Colorado GME including medical plans available at no cost to trainees.
