How Do I Receive Samples?
- Request Recipient Agreement and Resources Agreement forms from Niccolette Schaunaman and return both completed forms to her (No IRB protocol needed)
- Approval within 48 hours. Niccolette Schaunaman will contact about receiving samples
- Receive de-identified samples from Cell Core with basic demographic information
