Serum separator tube or a red top tube.

Ship within 48 hours of collection if at shipping at ambient temperature.
Preferably ship samples refrigerated or frozen on dry ice in a well insulated container.
Send serum Priority Overnight via FedEx.
Stability
48 hours ambient. 7 days refrigerated, 1 year at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
Notes
Note: 0.25 mL serum is required for one precipitin. Add 0.1 mL for each additional precipitin ordered.
