To assist in our Zero Suicide initiative this section will provide staff the ability to report environmental concerns and completed evaluations. Reporting completed suicide evaluations will assist the Suicide Awareness Council in recognizing areas of strength or growth and completing the tracking requirement for Zero Suicide.
