ACEhp Award for Outstanding Storyboard
National Jewish Health received the Award for Outstanding Storyboard for its presentation on the medication reconciliation project at the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Profession’s (ACEhp's) Annual Conference in Grapevine, TX, in January 2015. The award recognizes innovations in CE/CPD that highlight the intersection of high-impact education and quality improvement.
A poster describing the project was also presented at the Society for Academic CME (SACME) meeting April 2015 in Tampa, FL.
CACME Award for Most Outstanding CME Activity
National Jewish Health received the award for the Most Outstanding CME Activity for the medication reconciliation project at the Colorado Alliance for Continuing Medical Education's (CACME's) annual meeting in Vail, CO, in August 2015.
