COVID-19 Testing: Morgridge Academy Access Codes
This page is for those that are booking with an Access Code provided by Morgridge Academy.

Only one test, using one access code, can be booked at a time. For multiple codes and tests, please repeat the registration process.Testing is by appointment only and must be booked online; walk-up testing is not available.
There is no charge for tests booked using Morgridge Academy access codes.
No physician referral is required for this self-referral option.
