Bidisha Paul Chowdhury, PhD
Postdoctoral Research Associate
Bidisha obtained her Master’s Degree in Microbiology from the West Bengal State University, India and her PhD from the Bose Institute and University of Calcutta, India. For her PhD, she studied the immune response to the intracellular parasite Leishmania donovani and how various bacteria-derived immunomodulators modify this response. She joined our lab in March 2017.
Subhasmita Mohanty, PhD

Subhasmita obtained her Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from the Acharya Institute of Sciences, Bangalore University, Karnataka, India and her PhD Degree in Biotechnology from the Institute of Life Sciences, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, India. For her PhD, she studied molecular mechanisms of CD8 T cell exhaustion in chronic viral infections. She joined our lab in July 2021.
Kriti Gupta, PhD
Postdoctoral Research Associate
Kriti obtained her Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur, India and her PhD Degree in Biochemistry from the Babu Banarasi Das University (BBDU) and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (CSIR-IITR), Lucknow, India. For her PhD, she evaluated anti-allergic potential of quercetin nanocrystals in mouse models of food allergy and asthma. She joined our lab in August 2021.
Eloise Aragon, BA/BS
Lab Researcher
Eloise graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. During her college years, she worked in Dr. Sussel’s lab and Dr. Yu’s lab at the University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus, focusing on pancreas development and diabetes. Eloise joined our lab in August 2020.
Lien Hang, BA/BS
Administrative Assistant
Lien graduated from the University of Colorado in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is currently working as Administrative Professional III in the Department of Medicine, Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
