This live Zoom meeting will focus on the management of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), with a particular emphasis on difficult clinical cases and the unmet needs that remain in patient care. Through case-based discussions, experts will highlight the complexities faced in diagnosis, treatment decision-making, and long-term management of patients who do not respond adequately to current therapies. The conversation will explore real-world patient scenarios that demonstrate resistance to conventional treatments, recurrent disease, and multi-morbid presentations, while also drawing attention to the gaps in current strategies, including limited efficacy of available interventions, persistent quality-of-life concerns, and the ongoing need for individualized approaches. Looking ahead, the session will also address future directions and emerging therapeutic options, offering practical insights into evidence-based management, shared decision-making, and innovative strategies designed to optimize outcomes for patients living with CRSwNP.
