• In January, 2020, the Medical Practice Survey will get a little shorter. Press Ganey is implementing what it calls the “Targeted Survey,” which focusses more on the issues that impact patients’ decisions to come, and less on the issues that do not. Don’t worry though!  The things we excel at will still be captured, as well as all our warts

• Starting in March, 2019, National Jewish began adding the mid-level providers to the survey.  We are bringing them on one group at a time.  To date, GI and Cardiology have been included.  These skilled providers make us look really good!

• In January 2020, patients who have undergone a procedure in the MIDC will be eligible to receive a survey, so we can better understand how patient experience the procedure center
