We measure all aspects of patient satisfaction using an independent patient satisfaction company named Press Ganey. For more than 30 years, Press Ganey has been an industry leader in improving the quality, safety and patient care experience across more than 26,000 health care facilities. Specifically, National Jewish Health surveys patients who have received services in our medical clinics, inpatient service, and outpatient oncology. We are one of a small, but growing number of healthcare providers that post our survey results and comments about our providers publically on our website.
