At National Jewish Health we are passionate about Service Excellence, which includes everything from our outstanding medical and diagnostic expertise, Nursing, and patient centered care. We also believe great customer service is a crucial part of an outstanding patient experience. This page and associated links present results from our surveys, and celebrates the outstanding work that the National Jewish Health teams do, through the eyes of our patients.

We measure all aspects of patient satisfaction using an independent patient satisfaction company named Press Ganey. For more than 30 years, Press Ganey has been an industry leader in improving the quality, safety and patient care experience across more than 26,000 health care facilities. Specifically, National Jewish Health surveys patients who have received services in our medical clinics, inpatient service, and outpatient oncology. We are one of a small, but growing number of healthcare providers that post our survey results and comments about our providers publically on our website.

National Jewish Health Service Excellence Hero!

Eileen Wang, MD, MPH

Dr. Wang is an allergist and immunologist in the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. AAI seems to get more than its share of hard to please patients! She is one of the few 5-Star providers at National Jewish Health, and the only one who does not specialize in providing service to VIPs.  Dr. Wang also maintains some of the highest patient satisfaction ratings at National Jewish related to patient access:  4.46 in “Promptness in returning calls,“ and 4.47 in “Ease of contacting.” She also supervises the AAI fellows.
