Patients seen in the Center for Deployment-Related Lung Disease are evaluated by a team of specialists who use the latest evidence-based medicine. All patients receive a specialized treatment plan based on their diagnosis and the severity of their lung disease. Providers in the Center for Deployment-Related Lung Disease have expertise in pulmonology and/or occupational medicine and have been working with post-9/11 military deployers since 2009.
