Clinical Research Services (CRS) is a research support unit that provides a comprehensive suite of high-quality and efficient services for Investigators conducting clinical trials at National Jewish Health. CRS is staffed with professionals with decades of combined experience coordinating trials, providing regulatory support, and negotiating contracts and budgets. CRS has space, equipment and resources to conduct non-interventional and observational trials to Phase I thru Phase IV investigational drug trials.

All Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated clinical trials are required to be managed by CRS. Contact Kevin Smilor, Director CRS, for more information, questions, or if you have a potential new study.

Operating as research support for Investigators, CRS is available as a “fee-for-service.” We provide skilled and trained clinical research professionals who execute Industry, grant funded and Investigator-Initiated clinical trials. Support is provided on an as-needed basis, under a variety of arrangements.

CRS has expertise in FDA-regulated and non-FDA-regulated clinical trials investigating pulmonary indications including Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD), Cystic Fibrosis, Asthma and Allergy, in adult and pediatric populations.
