Figure 1. The approach taken to create the comprehensive genetic and molecular library for chronic lung disease. The library would include genome-wide SNP analysis, deep sequencing of high priority lung QTLs, comprehensive DNA methylation profiling, whole transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq), mRNA and microRNA arrays, and focused validation expression platforms.
