Platform: Zoom Context: Zoom breakout rooms as virtual exhibit booths
Exhibit Times: Thursday, February 4 6:30 pm – 6:45 pm (MST) Friday, February 5 7:30 – 8:00 am (MST) 10:00 am – 10:15 am (MST) 11:00 am – 11:15 am (MST) 2:00 pm – 2:15 pm (MST) Exhibitors will have access to their virtual exhibit booth (in Zoom breakout rooms) during the conference on February 4 and 5. Attendees can navigate to your breakout room/virtual booth when they are not in the main conference presentation (see the schedule above for designated exhibit times). In your virtual booth, your team can share your screen to present slides, webpages, or you can feed a pre-recorded video loop into your camera channel. Your team can have access to several Zoom breakout rooms, such that you can have one virtual booth as a group presentation, and other breakout rooms for live one-on-one discussions. Alternatively, if you prefer to remain in one virtual booth, one or more of your team members can use the chat feature to engage one-on-one, while another team member presents to the group of attendees in your booth. You can provide links and PDFs to attendees via the chat feature in Zoom. Attendees who enter your booth after you’ve shared a link or file in the chat will not see previous items, so you can assure they have access by posting for each attendee who enters. You may also use QR codes in your screen share so that attendees can use the camera on their phone or tablet to quickly get the contact info/links to follow up after the conference. EXHIBITOR & SPONSORSHIP WEBPAGE Along with the virtual booths via Zoom, exhibitors and sponsors will have the opportunity to highlight their organizations and products on the Exhibitor and Sponsorship section of the Pulmonary and Allergy Update website through a brief company description and the ability to link to PDFs, videos, or other materials. Placement of company logos and information will be based on exhibit and sponsorship levels. Please forward your company logo, brief company and product description, any PDF’s you would like us to link to, links to videos or other websites that you would like us to direct conference attendees. Assets should be submitted by January 25th but the sooner you send them the sooner we can get them up and visible to visitors to the conference website. Please email proed@njhealth.org with any questions.
