National Jewish Health offers free spirometry tests throughout the year at various locations in the Denver area. In addition to community health fairs that are open to the public, National Jewish Health offers spirometry testing at company health fairs.

Pulmonary function testing, sometimes called lung function testing, measures how well you are breathing. There are different types of pulmonary function tests that can be done. Spirometry is one type of pulmonary function test - it measures how much (volume) and how fast (flow) you can move air into and out of your lungs.

If you are interested in offering free lung function testing at a community health fair or for your company’s employees, please email our Community Outreach Specialist.
