In-Person Patient Education Classes & Support Groups Temporarily Suspended (March 2022)

National Jewish Health is committed to the safety of our patients, staff and the community. Due to the concerns around COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending all patient education classes. We plan to resume these classes as soon as possible and thank you for your understanding.


Transitioning to Plant-Based EatingThe Transitioning to Plant-Based Eating Support Group provides education and support to those wishing to eat more plant-based. Whether you need to adopt this lifestyle due to health conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, being overweight, etc., or you want to eat plant-based for other reasons, this group can help. Interact with experts who can help you get on a path that is sustainable, creates healthy change and handles challenges that may arise. Be with people who share your interest and who want to hear about your successes and help with roadblocks.
