Prepare for Your Appointment

When you come to National Jewish Health, you will find that we don't believe in just a 15-minute patient encounter. Your visit here will be different. You will have a care team staffed by specialists who work in multiple departments. It is this collaborative approach that gives you, or your child the best care.

Please review the information below to help you better understand what will occur during your, or your child's appointment, so that you may get the most out of your visit.

Patient Representative Program

A Patient Representative is available to assist patients and families with special concerns that are not resolved by our care team.

To provide for your spiritual and emotional needs, members of the clergy representing various faiths are available on call. The Patient Representative will be happy to arrange for a member of the clergy of your choice to visit you, if you wish. Your personal clergyman or spiritual representative is always welcome.

Contact the Patient Representative by calling 303.398.1076. View patient rights and responsibilities.
