Things You Can Do to Control Your Diabetes


  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Eat a balanced diet
  • Be active
  • Check your blood sugar
  • Take medication as directed
  • Get your eyes, feet, blood pressure, and cholesterol checked (link to foot check document)
