Combine the lentils, tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, cumin and pepper flakes. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Place the lentil mixture on each tostada shell and top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, and other fat-free toppings such as sour cream and guacamole.
