Fast, Easy & Healthy Kettle Corn

This homemade, hot, fresh kettle corn can be ready in under 3 minutes!

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup popcorn kernels

  • ½ tsp. canola oil

  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla

  • 1 ½ tsp. sugar (the finer, the better)

  • ¼ tsp. salt

 

Directions:

  1. Stir the ingredients together in a small bowl, coating all kernels.

  2. Pour the coated kernels into a brown paper bag.

  3. Fold the bag over a few times.

  4. Set the microwave for 3 minutes, but don't walk away.

  5. As soon as the popping slows, remove the bag, shake and tear open above a bowl.
