Greek Yogurt Parfait with Fresh Berries and Roasted Almonds

Make this protein-packed yogurt parfait in just a few minutes. It's loaded with vitamins and antioxidants without added sugar.



  • 1 cup low-fat or fat-free plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, blueberries or blackberries

  • 2 Tbsp. sliced, roasted almonds (optional)

  • ½ tsp. sugar substitute (optional)



  1. Mash raspberries until juicy. Add optional sugar substitute if needed.

  2. Add a few tablespoons of yogurt in the base of a tall wine or champagne glass.

  3. Sprinkle berries and roasted almonds on top of the yogurt.

  4. Dribble mashed raspberry sauce on top of the berries. Make sure the sauce meets the side of the glass to create a solid layer of color for the parfait.

  5. Repeat the layering with yogurt, fruit, nuts and sauce until the glass is full. Top with leftover berries and nuts.
