Josh Lyons is a star in the food and beverage industry. He majored in music, studying classical voice and piano. However, he found a true love in the art of creating food and attended culinary school, and finished at the top of his class.
He sought culinary experience at fine dining establishments, including the Ritz Carlton on Palm Beach Island. Josh was chosen to be a finalist on Food Network’s “The Next Food Network Star” featuring celebrity chefs Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby Flay and Alton Brown. Josh’s time on the TV show brought worldwide attention to his cooking abilities. Josh has been featured in magazines and newspapers, and FOX network’s morning shows in various Florida markets.
He is co-owner of C’est Si Bon catering that offers a wide spectrum of services from fulfilling daily home meal orders, to catering deluxe events and extravagant dinner parties. He is a patient and compassionate teacher. Participants in his classes enjoy fun and knowledgeable instruction.
