21st Annual Golf Tournament benefiting the Fund to Cure Asthma
Honoring Nancy & James Berry Hill and Marjorie & Stephen Raphael
Proceeds from the tournament help to support asthma research and patient treatment programs at National Jewish Health. For 21 years, the annual Golf Tournament in New York has supported the Fund to Cure Asthma (FTCA) at National Jewish Health, the leading respiratory hospital in the nation. FTCA was founded by Nancy & James Berry Hill and Marjorie & Stephen Raphael in 1994 to secure resources for basic and clinical research related to understanding, treating and conquering asthma.
It was a beautiful day at the Annual Golf Tournament. We were honored to present the National Jewish Health Humanitarian Award to The Fund to Cure Asthma Founders Nancy & James Berry Hill (pictured below) and Marjorie & Stephen Raphael.
This year’s tournament raised nearly $230,000. Thank you to all who joined us or supported the cause. Thank you also to the 2017 sponsors and committee members, including Tournament Co-Chairs Robert E. Helpern and Stephen B. Siegel, as well as Chairman Emeritus Samuel B. Lewis.
Mark your calendars for the 2018 tournament. It will be held June 4, 2018, at Fresh Meadow Country Club.
