Whether you need to adopt this lifestyle due to health conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, being overweight, etc., or you want to eat plant-based for other reasons, this group can help. Interact with experts who can help you get on a path that is sustainable, creates healthy change and handles challenges that may arise. Be with people who share your interest and who want to hear about your successes and help with roadblocks.
