National Jewish Health Patient– December, 2020 There were multiple misunderstandings that I could not explain, due to being talked over. at one point I was yelled at. Most of my questions went unanswered and could not follow what was going on. I was humiliated and shocked at how I was treated by the provider. She did get my [previous treatment] but explained nothing and embarrassed me and was very unsympathetic. This is the worst I have ever been treated in my 2 years of dealing with doctors. National Jewish Health Patient– December, 2020 Dr. Morton was wonderful. she understood my frustrations and issues and recommended next steps. she was reassuring and followed up to be sure I got the care I needed. would highly recommend her! National Jewish Health Patient– November, 2020 Dr Morton is the best. National Jewish Health Patient– October, 2020 Dr. Morton is the best GI physician who ever treated me. National Jewish Health Patient– September, 2020 6. Cold, uninterested. 8. Not professional. 9. Talked fast - in a hurry to finish from the get go. 10. She talked over my voice cared less about what I had to say. I wish I had followed my gut when she walked in the door. My thought was to walk out. National Jewish Health Patient– August, 2020 dr. moron is top notch I only trust her with my care National Jewish Health Patient– August, 2020 *Dr. Morton always is a pleasure to work with. National Jewish Health Patient– June, 2020 Very happy w/*Dr. Morton and her staff. National Jewish Health Patient– June, 2020 I make a point of seeing Dr. Morton for any GI issues because she made such a positive impression on my first visit , 10 years ago. I live [a number of miles away] and have many good choices for GI care but, prefer to travel further to see Dr. Morton. National Jewish Health Patient– June, 2020 *Dr. Morton listens very well and takes thorough notes. I was surprised to receive a call directly from *Dr. Morton expressing concern. I appreciate that. Thank you! National Jewish Health Patient– March, 2020 I've seen Dr Morton for the past 5 years- all I'll say is there are a lot of care providers out there, I have no reasons to seek out another provider. I have the utmost trust and respect in her National Jewish Health Patient– March, 2020 My husband is an ER charge nurse & he was appalled at how she spoke to me & got upset with my questioning the use of prescription meds as my ONLY option. National Jewish Health Patient– February, 2020 Again, so grateful for Dr Morton and I fully trust her (which is rare for ME!) Dr Morton even printed out a coupon via GoodRX for an OTC medication [PHI], because I explained I was having financial difficulties paying for it and I feel that was really going above and beyond! Dr. Morton had this brilliant vast knowledge and didn't need to explain herself to me, but listened (which is sometimes hard bc I have some disabilities so my communication is not always there, but she still understood with genuine compassion and care) I voiced my concerns and she alleviated them. I trust her fully with my life and there are few people I can say that about. I'm so grateful to your lovely clinic and hopefully this will help! I have faith in Dr. Morton. Dr. Morton even went out of her way to give me a [specialist] referral and I got in right away, have been needing that immensely and she is covering all her bases. What a brilliant Doctor and it's so rare to find that and still have such amazing genuine empathy and kindness! (That is rare today and I'm so grateful!) I'd refer Dr. Morton and the entire staff any day, but mostly Dr Morton impressed me! The entire experience impressed me though! Thank you so much! National Jewish Health Patient– February, 2020 She was also sick that day. Patients usually come in w/a weak immune system, so having a provider be sick to evaluate your condition, I didn't feel comfortable w/that. 2. She said my symptoms were not in her area of expertise & that she couldn't help me. It's great that she was honest but they way she said it was rude. National Jewish Health Patient– February, 2020 *Dr. Morton squeezed my appointment with her in and because of that she was very busy. I am thankful she had an appointment for me.
