Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

Dr McGibbon always explains things clearly and comes up with a plan to help in my care that I understand.

She really took time to listen to me. We don't have a diagnosis yet, so explanations were limited. I should have asked more about the medication I am taking.

National Jewish Health PatientNovember, 2020
For the first time in quite a while, I felt listened to. I am also hopeful that I will finally get some answers. Thank you!

Dr McGibbon: exceptional doctor in every way.

it was my first visit with doctor. she was professional but didn't leave me with any specifics about my condition. she spent time at the computer probably getting familiar with my history. [Comment about another provider].

Questions I had were answered with "talk to your PCP". She is the specialist, and I found little interest from her in helping with my issues.

Dr. McGibbon has been great, and I appreciate her input for my care.

Dr McGibbon is very good and I have confidence in her. She includes my husband in the conversation which is a very good thing seeing how he is my main care taker.
